How to transition to a raw diet?

It is best to start with small portions added to the current food. Increase the amount of new food when your pets stool is firm.

Expect your pet to experience sloppy stools at first. You may also experience some vomiting, which isn't a concern (unless there's blood in the vomit).

If your pet regurgitates the meal, consider gently cooking the new food for the first few weeks at a low heat for 1 minute.
